Hello, and welcome to my shop!

I’m Ahmad Abotteen, and for most of my professional career, I’ve specialized in building residential homes and multi-family units across Texas and Louisiana. My journey into home decor began with a good friend of mine, a brilliant interior designer from Kenya, East Africa. Inspired by the stunning handcrafted African items he used to decorate homes, I felt compelled to bring this artistry to a broader audience.

Together, we set up a workshop in Nairobi, where skilled artisans create custom handmade baskets, bags, fans, and other unique decor pieces. Each item is crafted with care, blending traditional African techniques with modern design sensibilities to bring warmth and character to your home.
